The peculiarity of standard implementation consists of the fact that automatic voice / video broadcast to all participants is impossible unless subscriber activates publisher’s window. Conference plugin changes entire concept of streams broadcast and creates natural conference atmosphere at specific room. Built-in “push to talk” button enables automatic video / audio transmit from the speaker to entire room. In order to be activated, a user has to raise the hand. This symbolizes the will to participate in the conference. All the raised hands, accordingly, appear in queue. That means the exact time of each is captured. All hands appear at the top of admin console.  Admin has the right to approve or reject the raised hand within one click. Consequently, if the raised hand is approved the user may start broadcasting. In case of rejection the raised hand disappears from the list.  This plugin comes handy in themed discussions where separate room is allocated per topic.
